NOTICE DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC:
We have made some very important updates to our online shopping portal, Square Marketplace (link above). We need all customers to READ the “HOW TO ORDER WINE” notice at the very TOP OF THE PAGE before placing an order.
HOW TO RECIEVE YOUR WINE:
We are offering CURBSIDE PICKUP for customers who are able to drive to Newberg, Oregon for three bottle minimum orders.
When you select all of the wine you would like to order, simply choose a FULFILLMENT OPTION – Shipping or Curbside Pickup. If you choose shipping, you will be prompted to select your bottle quantity and shipping zone. Next, you will be prompted to check out and include your shipping/contact information. If you choose Curbside Pickup, once you complete your order we will contact you to schedule your pick up time.
We process all orders on Monday. If your online order is placed on Tuesday through Sunday, your order will not get dropped off at our shipping fulfilment center until the following Monday.
We, along with our shipping fulfilment center, are doing our very best to handle all orders in a timely manner with very limited resources – all to ensure the safety of all workers involved and our customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding – and your kind, generous, constant support!
If you have not received your tracking information or wine within a week of placing your order, please contact the Newberg Mail Room at (503) 538-5555 between 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
